ENTANGLED SERIES SEVEN

 Patients trooped in and out of the hospital. It was a very busy Tuesday .He met Leticia at her desk. She was tending to a patient but he felt she ignored him. He hurriedly left for his office as patients were in queue to see him. There was so much to be done .He spent the next five hours attending to patients. He needed a break so asked the nurse he was working with to make the patients wait for little while so he can grab a snack.When kwame got to the canteen, shika was there eating. He sat across the table but shika got up and left. He looked round to see if anybody was watching and it seemed that two nurses sitting close had their eyes clued on them. He felt awkward and wondered why they were treating him that way.

 Yaw walked in on him eating slowly and definitely lost in his thoughts because yaw sat in front of him and didn’t say anything so he put his hand on his shoulders and Kwame shook then sigh.

 ‘’Are you okay?’ but Kwame didn’t seem like he wanted to answer questions. He just looked at Yaw and told him what the girls were doing. Yaw just listened to him and as if to brush it side he told Kwame the patients were waiting. 

  

   They both got up and went into their offices. Yaw was met with warm embrace. She had been waiting for him. He wanted to lock the door but she told him nobody would disturb them since they were all too busy.She went back and began to undress. Yaw just stood there and watched as she teased him by taking the dress off in slow motion

 He was dazed by her beauty. She stood there in her underwear and Yaw couldn’t take it any longer and consequently grabbed her by the neck and kissed her passionately. He held her so tight so she wouldn’t fall.

      

Then they heard the door opened and she with smile on her face asked if she could also join in. They giggled but she also didn’t wait for an answer and unzipped her dress. She walked straight to her, looked into her eyes and kissed her fully on the mouth. Yaw gazed longingly at both girls. It turned him on.

   

  Kwame barged into the yaw’s office because he needed him to help out on an emergency patient that had been rushed in few minutes go. He became numb. Then and there he walked away and didn’t look back. He felt so broken. He knew he would lose one of them at a point in time but not this way. He walked out of the hospital still lost deeply in his thoughts. The voices of some nurses calling him to get on with the operation echoed in his mind he walked past them and they looked at each other in disbelief.

  

         He wondered how his best friend could do this to him. He thought about the saying" In God we trust…others we monitor" he shouldn’t have trusted him so much. When he saw Shika and Leticia kissing each other and Yaw looking on with an excitement in his eyes, he felt sick that instance. For a while he felt his heart was failing him. Then he fell to the floor with a bam. He had been knocked down by a fast moving vehicle.
